I like the easy install. The water tastes great, which, by that, I mean it has no taste. Which is great. The tap water in my town tasted awful. The only thing that i was unsure of was how long it took to fill the filter and get my water pressure back, i almost thought something was wrong with the filter. But it worked itself out. Great product! Will be replacing the filter and reusing!
Apartment complex where I live switched from their own water source to public water source. I waited a long time for this model with the dispenser to become available again, when it finally did, I ordered it and put it in. it seemed to have everything thing I needed and a few extras in case I wanted to filter all the water in the kitchen. I installed the filter and dispenser in less than an hour (seemed about 30 minutes) and water is clean and right there when I need it. I recommend this under the sink model to anyone who likes clean water without poison and heavy metals in it.

We found the filter easy to install and the faucet was way easier to install than we thought it would be. It is SO nice just having clean fresh water out of a tap instead of reminding everyone in the house to refill the filter jug all the time.
