The Pure Pitcher includes one (1) Pure Filter that has an average life of around 3 to 4 months. Filter life varies based on your average daily use and the quality of your municipal or well water. If your tap water is relatively heavily contaminated, your filter works harder to keep your water clean, which will decrease the life of the filter. To keep the filter in optimal condition, we advise maintaining it saturated in water. I purchased a dispenser a few years back & loved it immediately. Unfortunately in the last year something cashed it to leak and I couldn’t use it anymore. When I reached out to customer service, they happily sent me a new one and I am back to using it every day! I also noticed that the piece that I was having problems with (where the water dispenses) is different in the new one I got, so I assume if there was problem with the model, it was fixed! I have recommended this brand to everyone in my life because the water is great & the company is even better!
